I ventured over to Perry's on Friday to see Nero and Bassnectar not too bad but we stayed in back. I also think they need to clamp down on the drugs being used there.August 2012

I have to say, as for sigur ros, seeing them in the daylight was slightly weird. I was at Monday's sigur ros show in Philly and they were so amazing!!August 2012

I saw Sigur last Tuesday, then again on Sunday. Tuesday's headline show was the best show I've ever been to, and their Lolla set was the best set of the festival.August 2012

@JML897 Yeah, fair enough. I was lucky to see Sigur Ros a couple of days before Lollapalooza, so missing the set wasn't too heartbreaking. I can imagine how amazing they were though and I'm surprised they didn't have a later-in-the-day show.August 2012

I survived the At the Drive-In set too, but I would gladly go through the same ordeal if I could see them live again! I'm sad I missed Sigur Ros and a lot of other bands for that matter. This was my first Lollapalooza though, I'll have to plan better if i attend again.August 2012

Well that's cool too but even if I knew about that beforehand I would've seen Sigur Ros because they were mindblowing (plus they don't come to the US often)August 2012

"Anyone who didn't see Sigur Ros made a huge, huge mistake." ... Unless you went to the Jack White Reckless Record B-side show instead. That didn't suck.August 2012

1. Florence + Machine / 2. Justice / 3. The Shins / 4. Sigur Ros / 5. Red Hot Chili Peppers. Honorable Mentions: First Aid Kit, The Head and the Heart, Santigold, Little Dragon, and Hey Rosetta! I'm bummed I missed Of Monsters of Men and that The Temper Trap missed their set because of the rain.August 2012

@JML897 I was probably like 10 rows back for M83 and I thought it sounded pretty good, but considering how shitty the sound tends to be in that stage I can imagine the sound differed in other areasAugust 2012

I am alive despite the fact that hundreds of people pushed and suffocated me during the At the drive in show, and for that I am thankful and it was the best part of this year's Lolla.. Oh, and everytime I moved, sweat from the shorts of the dude in front me dripped all over my legs. That wasn't fun.August 2012

1. Jack White 2. Sigur Ros 3. Of Monsters and Men ....Sunday might have been my favorite Lolla day ever. In terms of smaller acts, First Aid Kit on Friday and GIVERS on Saturday were both fantasticAugust 2012
