Released on 19 July, 2019, the 5th studio album from the trio of Above & Beyond, Flow State, contains 17 tracks, meshed together into a 49 minute mix of ambient and chillout electronic sounds, a departure from their usual dancefloor beats that they are known for. The CD / vinyl version contains the mix of all 17 tracks, while digital owners get two sets of extras that aren't available on the physical versions.
The trio's yoga and meditation journey started all the way in 2014, when they played a yoga set at Burning Man, with Elena Brower. They have played a number of yoga sets afterwards. With this project, the trio wanted to bring attention to mental health, a topic that is very apparent within their philosophies as well as self-care and self-acceptance.

- 13-minute meditation and self-acceptance talk from a yogi, Elena Brower, talking over the first five tracks of the album
- Unmixed edits of all the 17 tracks
Additional, physical extras are included on certain orders of the album on the Anjuna Music Store:
- A Flow State styled A5 journal as part of a limited CD or vinyl bundle
- A vinyl, bundled with a Flow State styled yoga mat, the A5 journal and a special gift from the yogi, Elena Brower - only 200 of these bundles were made
