Absentee are a band from London in the UK, signed to Memphis Industries . It was formed by Dan Michaelson (vocalist, guitarist) and Melinda Bronstein (vocals, keyboards, melodica, glockenspiel) in 2003 after releasing a mini album titled Hawaiian Disco.
