His best album (so far): if I had been scrobbling when it was released I think I still wouldn't have surpassed the number of plays this one got.

His best album, so many different types of songs on here, the whole thing is a real treat to listen to.

This is a great album. It's frustrating that people think that songwriters should always make songs that they're used to expecting from them. Overproduced? That's poppycock; why be afraid of musical experimentation? It's completely natural for music to evolve in the manner in the manner this album has.

COMPLETELY overproduced. Why is it that so many folk musicians seem to think that adding a whole bunch of extra pointless fluff to their music makes it better?

Well I hear that Twilight is big in Namibia, where Pascoal is from... And he certainly looks like a Twilight kinda guy.

absolutely brilliant. favorite album of all time- so much melody and harmony, with underlying lyrics that scream about hopes and dreams and the countryside. 5/5!

I'm trying not to add every single song on this album to my loved tracks, but I don't think I'm going to succeed.

My least-favorite song on this album is still better than most of my music collection.

he really... changed a lot in this album. it's not that I don't like it, but i'm listening to this for the first time just now and it's sure going to take some getting used to... i was expecting something more along the lines of our endless numbered days. but , on the other hand, it wouldn't be any good if he got stuck to one kind of sound anyway. what I really mean to say with all this rambling is I hope this album grows on me with time
