Thank God for Drugs was the original title of Yeezus, which started production in 2012. About 3.5 hours of rough, mostly instrumental material was made for the album. After changing the name to Yeezus in May 2013, Kanye recruited Rick Rubin to cut the album down to 10 tracks and strip down the production. Yeezus was finished just two days before release. There are various fanmade Thank God for Drugs compilations, probably the most definitive being the SimpleJosh comp.
