Mutual Assured Destruction (MAD) was the name of an electronic music project founded in Spain by Carlos Delgado and Antonio Torres. The band achieved a fair amount of success in the Spanish independent electronic music scene of the 80's. Their melodic sound was a clear departure from the more industrial and aggressive style sported by many of the artists with whom they shared the pages of the specialized press of that time.
