Ponybird's Debut EP, Climb Yourself Up, was released in September 2008. This disc was the first solo release of New Haven music veteran, Jennifer Dauphinais (jennd), who wrote and recorded the album over the course of two years. "Climb Yourself Up" was listed in the New Haven Register's Top Ten local releases of 2008. The EP includes 5 original tunes, experimental and moody waltzes with gospel-folk arrangements that are not stifled into one genre, but breathe with an organic sound of their own.
