“Run” is a song Taylor Swift wrote with Ed Sheeran while working on her 2012 album, Red. Swift, said in an interview that the song “Run” and “Everything Has Changed” were written on a trampoline when her and Sheeran met. Swift in August 2021, revealed that “Run” would be featured on her re-recording of her 2012 album, Red, now called *Red (Taylor’s Version). Sheeran spoke on his Instagram about the song, “There’s also a brand new song me and Taylor wrote the first day we met called ‘Run’ that’s out with the new version of the record” said Sheeran.
