I've known about and loved THS from the time they signed to Pete's label to the time they played their last show last december. I've seen them ten times, met them almost every time, and am still upset they called it quits. Goodbye Blues was THE album for them, it was them finally discovering their sound. Gold Motel and Stamps are okay, but The Hush Sound had substance. It had depth. By GB they had perfected their sound and were well on their way to becoming icons. I can only hope that one day, they'll get back together and make more music. I miss them terribly.August 2011
