Rage were awesome. Gorgol and Roots were especially good. Noticed a lot of people getting into both a few songs in.

Split my lip about 10 seconds Testify and it carried on in that vein - awesome!

Ah I was looking forward to Gogol, been wanting to see them for a while and seeing Gallows again was good. Roots Manuva was a bit of a nice surprise though - I didn't go right up the front but it was good 'chill with a beer' music.

I remember being a little less than impressed when gogol were announced, then I listened to a few tracks.. watched a few live vids on youtube.. then actually saw them and it was all FUCK YEAH, GOGOL! they were a pleasant surprise. shame the same can't be said of gallows, but alas.

...and then we were disappointed when they finally got annouced, and then it turned out that Gogol Bordello were pretty much great, and then RATM played. An outstanding gig they played to be precise. All history now. Which fucking sucks ;F

Brilliant show! I actually enjoyed Gogol Bordello even though i'd never heard of them before - kudos to those who scaled fences/climbed walls to get in! WIN! RATM were really on top form, the atmosphere was electric especially after the speech and presenting of the uber cheque... and that cartoon of Simon Cowell nearly made me wet myself haha

it did sort of suck about the set being short, and lack of wake up, but it wasnt so short it should be complained about, especially when it was free. also if it went on much longer i would of passed out from lack of liquid anyway.

people are bitching about rage's set being too short....I guess getting a free ticket to see one of the best bands in the world at a victory celebration just isn't enough for some people. Anyway, highlight of the set for me was Township Rebellion
