бля и правда, пожалуй дебютник останется моим любимым потому что он вышел в нужное время, но тут реально удивили, показывают что они то оказывается давно не мальчики!

I think new record is less punkish but more darker. There's a lot of noise rock with Slint-esque atmosphere. It's smth like aggression turned inside with seemingly calmness outside. It's more both noiserockish and postrocksish at the same time but less posthardcorish and punkish. It's just different album than the first one. But I still say it's noise rock today. More than Dope Body. And I don't hear any Slint-style in their sound. Maybe it has its atmosphere but not the sound. Before a Million Universes impresses with flashes of chaos and aggression, as I said before. I don't consider that features as Slint-based hooks.

I love the Slint-style vocals on that new album. Well that may be because Spiderland is the best album ever made and every artist that draws influence from the gods gets my approval.

eighteen hours of static and before a million universes are just different. Musically, BaMU is definitely darker and more composed, but EHoS has massive amounts of raw energy that BaMU lacks. It's a matter of preference, really.

Nonsense. Before a Million Universes is much more cohesive and has more post-rock influences (obvz with a lot of Slint influences)
