According to the You Haven't Seen The Last Of Me Songfacts, this powerful Diane Warren penned ballad is from the soundtrack to the musical film Burlesque. Cher co-stars in the movie as the proprietor and headliner of a Los Angeles neo-burlesque club. It is her first movie musical.

A remixed uptempo version of the ballad reached #1 on the Dance/Club Play Songs chart released by Billboard on January 20, 2011. Having achieved at least one chart-topper every decade since the 1960s, Cher became the first act to have notched a #1 single on a Billboard chart in each of the last six decades. So how did the evergreen singer react to the news of her latest chart success? She quipped to Billboard magazine, "How can it be six decades when I'm only four decades?"

The song won a Golden Globe Award for best original song.
