I’m a defendant Transatlanticism is my favorite person but there’s a charm with this album no other one has. Definitely a top tier release

I love how Modest Mouse early Death Cab sounds. This album is emo-tinged lo-fi indie bliss.

Never really got the hype for this album. Definitely has some amazing lyricism, but I find that more than not, the music doesn't match the poetry in quality, and is often quite forgettable.

Does anyone know what the dots on the bottom of the album cover are? I'm thinking they're braille but I can't figure out what they say

127+ million plays for death cab, yet this album only has 4 million. It's a pity.

i consider this album perfect [4] This is without a doubt the best Death Cab album, and one of my favorite albums of all time. Not only are all the songs good, and flow, and tell one continuous story, but they BUILD upon each other. No Joy in Mudville and Scientist Studies are decent songs on their own, but in the context of the album... they absolutely blow me away. It's the perfect album for driving to school in the early morning fog. :)

This album is the soundtrack to my junior year of high school, making it one of the few things worth remembering from that time period.

in my opinion little fury bugs is the most powerful of all the songs on this album. maybe its because i can relate SO well it just scares me a little bit.
