I don't really care about calling people hipsters etc, I think the term is pretty meaningless. I just see the song as a vivid, funny and honest way of him describing some things he doesn't/didn't like about the love of his life. I don't see how the song can be characterized as being about "white hipster girls". I also don't see how he's a hipster in any meaningful usage of the word. Or rather I don't see how the term has any meaningful usage at all, it seems to me just a catch-all phrase for things that conservative US americans don't like.
