Broken Silence is the third full-length studio album and fourth recording by American female hip-hop artist Foxy Brown. It was released on July 17, 2001. The album debuted at #5 on Billboard Hot 200 with first week sales of 123,000 copies. To date the album has sold over 500,000 copies in the U.S and more than 1 million copies worldwide. It is certified Gold by the RIAA. This is Foxy's only album to be released in the 2000s, and is currently her most recent release.
