This song reminds me how little words mean in music (to me) because I feel like sobbing or leaping off tall buildings when I hear that awesome chorus, but they're saying "dinosaur".

I can't help but find this terribly annoying, even when I love most of the rest of Low's material.

i want to marry this song and have children with it, live in a nice hut near by the lake with a small boat on it where we could spend our evenings stearing at the stars

What's a shame is that many fans of this music are apparently so intolerant of others. You know damn well you'd never DARE criticize a Jew or a Muslim for their faith so stop being bigots, shut up about their religion and their politics, and just enjoy the music.

I really appreciate how a band like LOW has flushed the politics of creationism, religion, conservatism, and all of the associated polemics to the surface even within tacit music-loving communities. I'm just sayin...

Brilliant song. Their religious beliefs are completely immaterial. I don't see why it matters? Just enjoy the song.

They are liberal Mormons that are against Bush and the war. I think it sad that Mormon theology which is really the most fully formed gnostic materialism in the history of the earth has incredibly boring conservative and sometimes hateful adherents. -Jake

Some people like to put a name on the concept of a creator. some people go so far as to sketch out what they think s/he wants us to do. Some people take it a step further and say they know it all for sure. they can do with it what they like as long as they dont impose it on me.

some of the best people i know are Mormons. this goes to show that poisoned public opinion and prejudice still prevail. that is the shame... and the dinosaur act. sorry for the tone, everyone.
