Their sound is great. Anyone who doesn't like it is either a fan hater of RATM or just a stupid racist.

I guess that so-called 2nd album is just gonna be collecting dust in a recording studio somewhere.

I had so much hope for this supergroup when it was announced, and then it was squashed.. Listening to them now some time later, it's not that bad, but it's absolutely nowhere near RATM quality-wise

There is definitely some RATM vibes when you listen closely, but it's with Chuck D & B-Real, not Zack de la Rocha. Maybe this is what RATM reunited would sound like, just imagine de la Rocha in there instead of Chuck D & B-Real. It's actually good. They have potential and I hope they go places.

It's not bad. Just sounds super soft after Body Count. I'm sure live they are great.

I feel like the only person that likes this project and thinks these two did a great job

I'm pretty sure if this album was released in 1992 none of you would be complaining. This album is fucking amazing... actually I thought I'd never be able to actually experience the release of an album actually featuring most of the members of RATM. Coolest thing this album was dedicated to Chris Cornell and it features members of Public Enemy and Cypress Hill. Like you aren't into rap metal and actually you only just like RATM & you are hating on this album, you are just missing out the greatness. Hopefully it ain't to late for y'all to get into it and appreciate it. It's been a month almost since it came out and I can't stop listening to it. This is some amazing music and the lyrics REALLY need to be understood and heard! 110/10 ***hopefully y'all get the pun.

Amazing stuff, all their songs are great. The people complaining are just bitter that Zack isn't fronting the band. Move on. It's been almost 2 decades.

Really? I never liked Rage Against The Machine BECAUSE OF Zack. I think Public Enemy and Cypress Hill are FAR better rappers than him.

Well, I'm not going to compare them, they're two different entities. Similar, but different. It is interesting, however, to see someone who likes Prophets of Rage but DOESN'T like Rage Against the Machine. Most people are the opposite in opinion of you lol. Personally, I just feel like we should let these people make the music they wanna make, and if we like it, great, if not, find something else to listen to.

Sure sure. I agree completely. And I know what you mean, most people I know ADORE RATM, I'm in a small minority. I just always thought they were overrated, Tom Morello really isn't THAT great of a guitar player, Zack ... meh... Sure I liked a few of their songs, but I could never listen through a full album without getting bored. I'd rather listen to Urban Dance Squad than RATM for example.

Dudes in their 40s/50s making rap rock that sounds 20 years old. What could I possible complain about? Though I do think the world needs more Zack De La Rocha that's his choice to not be apart of it. The new albums awesome

After the disappointing album Flobots released recently, this is MUCH better. Truly populist liberalism, something many radicals nowadays could learn from.

According to Prophets of Rage frontman Chuck D, Rage Against the Machine vocalist Zack De La Rocha is welcome to join the group at "any time." Speaking with Rolling Stone (via NME), Chuck D reveals that he called De La Rocha after the joining the band, telling the rapper that there was a position for him in the band if he wanted it.

I think the german hip hop band (from Frankfurt?!) doesn´t exist any more (?). Anyway, I remember the album "zen gravy", which I was listening to at the end of the 1990ies. It´s still the best english speaking hip hop albun from germany I have ever heard - unfortunately without having the comercial sucess which it deserved...
