The one who likes one track probably likes the entire album - as if the favorite song is played x times in a row - which I don't mean in a positive sense. I had to stop after a few tracks, the rest I ran through quickly. I listen to pretty much everything: psytrance, stoner, trip-hop, black metal, psychedelic, techno, alternative, indie, progr. rock, grunge, jazz, downtempo and who knows what else. To me, it's about good and bad music - regardless of genre. This one in particular IS bad music - in my opinion. However, as I said: if you like one track, you are most likely into the entire album. The waveform is constantly at the limit - pure lodness-war. The whole album can be perceived as background doodles with always maximum volume. What else? Each song sounds roughly the same - sound variations or dynamics hardly exist at all. Reminds me of the album Californication by RHCP, which received MANY bad reviews because of non-existant dynamic range - but the songs were much better.

Considering they're from Akron, and as big as they are why name you're album after the funk legends unless you were paying tribute or covering the band

I was so hyped about Noel Gallagher's features, but it ended up that Noel's songs are my least favorite
