The Sherlocks is a British alternative rock band formed in 2010 in Bolton upon Dearne, Barnsley, South Yorkshire. The band originally was made of two sets of brothers: Kiaran and Brandon Crook, and Andy and Josh Davidson.

In 2013, their first EP came out 'First Bite of the Apple'

The band's debut album "Live for the Moment" was released in August 2017 ahead of Singles 'Will You Be There?' and 'Chasing Shadows'

The band's 2nd album 'Under Your Sky' came out in October 2019, and singles 'NYC (Sing it Out Loud)' , and 'Waiting' as well as 'Magic Man'

In Late 2020, the band announced that brothers Andy and Josh Davidson had decided to leave the band.
Trent Jackson joined the band as the bassist, and Alex Proctor as the Lead Guitarist

In 2021, new singles 'Sorry', 'On the Run', 'Slip Road' and 'Plastic Heart' came out preceding their 3rd album - World I Understand, which came out in January 2022.

The band announced a new album, 'People Like Me and You' coming August 11th 2023, with the first single - 'Sirens' in February
