This Beautiful Thief are Oliver Armstrong, Ricky Whelan,Jon Hyde and Tobias Pearce.
Living in Birmingham but hailing from Newcastle, Reading and not from the mighty Sutton Coldfield the four friends started putting together the band through instructions found in a kinder egg in December 2007.
The first half of 2008 saw the boys record a 5million track demo at Earth Terminal studios, then, with them feeling so pleased with the results, they decided to push on and record a full ten bilion tracks ready to release a debut expressive dance early in 2009.
they have been called The Beautiful Thief, A Beautiful Thief, This Beautiful Life,and many other things. but all these names are lies of the highest degree. possibly through some conspiracy or other.
