A few reasons ... 1. I reset my scrobbles twice before 2012, since I felt like they didn’t really reflect what I was listening to. 2. There have been periods where I just didn’t have a laptop or tried to stay plugged in to last.fm. Life comes at you fast. And 3, I finally made the jump to streaming, so if it weren’t for Spotify and last.fm being compatible, I probably wouldn’t even be here. Always loved the site, been here since the AS days, but unfortunately it isn’t what it used to be. I mostly use it to track my own trends these days.

I've also had an account for ages, but I was very young so didn't know how anything worked, wished I did as it would be cool to see what I listening to in 2009 or whatever, I started using Last again when I switched from iTunes to Spotify so I could track what I listen to, ironically I'm on Apple music these days. My main use is scrobbling but I do like the shots feature, although it seems it's not as active as it once was. Great site.

Know what? I wouldn't mind the aesthetics at all, as long as we still get our fucking groups and forums! This is such shit. Circular avatars I can handle; a lack of EE is not.

Tony might just end being the biggest x-factor next season though. It's really going to be telling to see if his recent play was due more to compounding injuries or just age. Regardless he showed in game 7 that he can still play relatively big when needed, and he can still run and initiate the offense just the same. If I'm him I spend hours and hours in the gym this summer working on my mid-range jumper. If he can get anywhere near in the same stratosphere as Chris Paul in that regard I believe the paint will once again open up for him despite his potential loss of speed.

Yeah we started having some of that Danny Green discussion back in the thread. It's a tough position. I was all on board with what you just said regarding it after game 4, but after this past game 7 where Danny played his absolute ass off despite still not shooting very great I've sorta gone back and forth. The fact of the matter is that he sucks as a ball-handler and still has much room to improve in the paint and in the mid-range (which I think he can do), but he shot 42% this season on a very high # of 3 point attempts (for reference Curry shot 44%) and he plays sublime defense and is prone to go absolutely nuclear from 3 point range from time to time. I would definitively be on board with letting him go because he's going to be looking for a big contract, but I'm not really sold on the Spurs pushing him out for Aldridge either. Aldridge is great but he's about to be 30, has a history of injuries, has never been very good defensively, and his bread and butter is the

midrange game which can come and go. While I'm not sure if the Spurs should say fuck it and pay Danny Green what the market says he's worth, I'm also not sure Aldridge is worth a max deal either. Outside of that everything is sort of a mystery. A lot depends on whether Tim and Manu come back, how much they come back for, if Leonard is going to take a pay cut to help retool the roster, etc. Now Marc Gasol on the other hand...

Haha I've been on last.fm across multiple accounts since 08' or 09' so not exactly my third friend ever :P, but nevertheless. Sorry about rage quitting in the sports thread the other day by the way. Incredible series but it was just so frustrating watching the entire season culminate in such a negative way, for a Spurs fan at least, compounded with some of the mildly fishy things going on. I've been a Spurs fan for some years now but this is the first season where I can say I legitimately watched every single regular season game, so I had a lot emotionally invested in this specific roster from top to bottom. Here's to hoping Tim and Danny come back next season.

I root for the Spurs against anyone but the Bulls. As a fan of good team basketball they are easy to root for.

Nah, I don't feel like they're comparable. Hitagi likes to tease people but I can't see Sento ever doing that. She cute as hell though

favorite sport: I'd have to go with tennis, but basketball and football are a close second and third. I grew up playing tennis, and now I get giddy at all four times of year when it shows up on mainstream TV. Roger Federer would rank among my favorite athletes, along with Kevin Durant, Chris Paul, Aaron Rodgers, Calvin Johnson, and some lesser known tennis folks. I've never really had a strong loyalty to any times, but I'm a homer for my old school's teams, University of Central Florida. the football team had a huge win over Baylor in the Fiesta Bowl last year! both the football and basketball programs are still developing, but with the school's enrollment numbers the way they are and with the football team's recent step into the limelight, I expect talent recruiting to steadily improve in both sports. I can hope, anyway :P

great answers. I'm admittedly a Celtics hater, but Rondo has earned my respect as a big time point guard for sure. you're quite lucky to have an extremely competent and consistent franchise as your favorite team. Watt is a popular pick these days, and I think it's *really* cool that a guy who's (mostly!) playing on the defensive side of the ball is getting that kind of recognition. LeBron seems to go iso-mode now and then, but I gotta agree that he's been a better distributor and less of a volume shooter than Kobe over the course of their careers. crazy that Kobe is still going, though. no bum ankle is gonna stop him. anywho, thanks for the add on here and for the chat!
