The Mind Club was a local Sacramento band, that had a fairly large local following before they disbanded a few years back, and may well be the least played group ever on last.fm. They were masters of the acid jazz genre and well worth a listen if You are so moved. Please let me know what You think. Thanks https://www.last.fm/music/The+Mind+Club

Thanks for the shout back. i worked with Philip on several multimedia theme shows i produced, while I was finishing my MA at San Francisco State U. Any concept i would came up with, he had the unique talent to help create the desired atmosphere through his music. He was planning to play at the very last show i produced on Labor Day weekend 1987, but alas his Spirit was loosed into eternity while he was touring Europe that summer. He was so very creative and I considered him a friend. One of the best guitar players ever, and a really nice human being.

Greetings from a tiny spot along Life's Hwy... I see that You are a fan of the late, great Philip (Snakefinger) Lithman. Out of curiosity how did You discover him?

So many releases since the last shout, and they all deserve one. Recent favorite has been Lucid Mix of Aurora's Dream, I'm adrift in dub :)
