Cheers, my whole house is my man cave so not many people have seen me at all! ha ha Yeah with Christmas and now my birthday and with work being incredibly busy, I've barely found any time to really sit down and enjoy any music. Hey steady on we're nearly 30, not nearly bloody dead...canes and coffins are miles off yet... (I hope?!) I still get ID'd for alcohol so I'm fine ;) Oh I did get a new music suggestion, check out "The Orwells" :)

Hey, Happy New Year to you too, how's it going? (sorry for delay, I keep forgetting to check this part of my profile!) I'm good thanks, bought my own place at the end of November so now a lot of my concentration is fixed on that but had a pretty good festive season what about you? Next week I turn the big 3-0 (heeeeelllpppp!!!) Not sure if I have any new music suggestion, I'm a strange one, I have been going more back in time to discover bands than listen out for any new ones! Sorry

You might like Portugal The Man if you're into MGMT. Been listening to a lot of them lately.

Haven't heard MGMT's new one yet, but I've listened to the new Monkeys album a few times. Honestly, they left the best track off it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3PyoxMSEHYI

Careful, mixing business and pleasure doesn't always work out for the best, especially if there is a conflict in either your personal or work life....could make it difficult in the future but I'm sure you're aware of that.

Pretty dull to be honest, can't really afford any extravagant nights out or trips anywhere at the moment because I'm saving for my own place and so I'm trying to 'penny pinch' anywhere I can and nights out and getting drunk were the first things to be sacrificed. How was yours?

Ah good research, thanks. I really need to invest in some new music soon, I have almost let the entire new music of 2013 pass me by! :(

hahaha Yes I've not really made it any secret about my preference towards their more British sound beginnings than this newer sound. Hopefully the new MGMT will also be more like their 1st album as I felt their 2nd one didn't live up to the hype of the first. France will be good, I've never been myself but I always hear that the south of France is beautiful.

Oh I see, great! All sorted very quickly then to be fair. Got any ideas of where you want to go? MGMT should be good, have they got a 3rd album out yet?

Wise words! You been up to much else? I gather that the planning and everything would have taken up a huge amount of time...where did you go for your honeymoon?

Wow very happy for you of course, even if a bit jealous to be honest because I couldn't be any further from such happiness myself but great to hear you made the leap and are happy! Congratulations!

Hello! How are you? I just spent an extended Bank Holiday weekend in London with a lovely woman from Tulsa, OK. Went on the London Eye, around the Tower of London, walked across Tower Bridge, around Camden Market to try and go inside Pete Doherty's new shop but it was closed and he was out and even visited Rough Trade records to buy music...great end to the summer. What have you been getting up to?
